Yes, bed linen and all household linen (towels, bath towels, etc.) are provided.

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures no later than 11am.

Our friends the dogs are accepted with a supplement of 10 Euros, thank you to warn us and to respect the cleanliness of the house. The park is entirely enclosed, but it is your responsibility to supervise your dog, which must not be left unattended in the house or in the park.

We cannot accommodate horses.

Yes, while respecting the neighbours. The house is in the centre of Lamotte Beuvron, with neighbours nearby, so no loud music after 11pm.

This is an old house that is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

By car: A71, Lamotte-Beuvron exit.

By train: Lamotte-Beuvron SNCF station. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the station, but we can pick you up on request.

Continental or American breakfast is available at an additional cost of 10 euros / person / day. Please request when booking.

For other meals, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the gîte.

Cooking hob, American fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

Shower and hand soap, shampoo, 2 towels per person, 2 bath sheets, slippers for 2 people, hairdryer + small gift.

Yes, the house has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, steam generator and ironing board.

For guest rooms, full payment is made on booking by bank transfer or on arrival by credit card in the event of late booking.

If you wish to rent the whole house, we will send you a booking contract to complete and return to us, together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
