For your stay in Sologne, in the heart of Lamotte-Beuvron, the Miprovent gîte welcomes you to its fully renovated 380m2 typical farmhouse, offering every comfort and made-to-measure services.
LARGE SPACES
Ground floor
The entrance to the house opens onto a vast, cosy, fully-equipped kitchen.
A very large living room of 187m2, an open-plan living space where everyone can find their own space, includes a small lounge, a dining area, a large cosy corner facing the fireplace, a bar and a TV and games area. This huge, light-filled room, facing the park and swimming pool, perfectly reflects the authenticity of a Sologne house, with its beautiful beams and fireplace.
On the other side of the kitchen is a very large 35m2 bedroom with a double bed (160cm), dressing room and shower room.
Linen room and separate WC.

The house is equipped with wifi - internet with fibre.
Linen and cleaning included
Bed linen and towels are provided. We also take care of cleaning.
Pets allowed

LARGE BEDROOMS
Upstairs
On the first floor of the main house are 4 large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and WC.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
In the middle of the corridor, 2 large bedrooms with double beds (160 cm). One has a shower room with WC, washbasin and shower, the other has a bath.
At the end of the corridor, the 4th bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (140 cm) and its own shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
All rooms face the park and pool, and are not overlooked.
THE APPENDIX
La chapelle
The former chapel has been completely renovated as an extension to the covered terrace.
Independent space with a shower room and WC on the ground floor. The small lounge is a cosy space with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.
Upstairs, a large, bright and cosy mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) provides a peaceful place to relax, close to the main house.
La Chapelle can be rented independently as a guest room. Breakfast is served in the kitchen of the main house.
We offer the whole estate for rent as a gîte. We also offer bed and breakfast accommodation.
Linen and cleaning included for all types of stay. Breakfast at an additionnal cost.
OUTSIDE
Park & swimming pool
Outside, the landscaped ârk of over 4,000m2 include a large heated swimming pool (12m x 5m) and a 55m2 covered area with summer kitchen, barbecue, tables and chairs.
The large, century-old trees at the far end of the grounds provide pleasant shade.
To the side of the house, you’ll also find a petanque court.
At the entrance to the grounds, there is a covered parking area for 2 cars. Electric vehicle charging point.
